- Create an account on Punchpass if you haven't already (you'll need one to RSVP to class later) and choose your desired pass!
- After you checkout and purchase your pass, feel free to RSVP to any class!

CLASS CANCELATIONS
If we have to cancel a class you RSVP’ed for, and you aren’t able to attend another class before your pass expires, you may request the class(es) gets carried over to yourself or a friend to be used in the 30 days after your original pass expiration date. Please contact Miss Emily to make those arrangements.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
Class schedules are subject to change without notice, although we do try to give as much notice as possible.
We typically notify families of cancelations via text as soon as possible (we try to cancel no later than 8am the day of the class) and they may happen due to:
REFUNDS + TRANSFERS
Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Weather: we typically base our weather cancelation decisions on the school closures in the Holland/Saugatuck areas.
- Illness: how many times a week does a toddler LITERALLY sneeze in your mouth??? Well...when you teach classes to young children, that number rises exponentially….and with it, the rate of infection! Sometimes an instructor has to cancel due to illness, or because her child is sick (we’re moms first!).
- An Extra Small Class: if a class has less than 3 people RSVP’ed for it, we typically try to combine the class with another or cancel it. We hate to do it, but sometimes it’s necessary!
