Toddler pull tubes

Toddler Pull Tubes
(borrowed from this post at from www.diyanddinosaurs.com)

This activity is so easy to make and I bet you have everything you need right at home.
  1. Take a cardboard tube or small cardboard box (think pasta box)
  2. Hot glue construction/tissue paper to it
  3. Poke holes in the sides
  4. String different fabrics/yarns/ribbons through the holes. I strung my fabrics in one side and out the other, knotting both ends so that my little one could yank side A and watch side B get shorter!
This activity is really just that simple and can be used to teach your child a number of things: cause and effect, color, textures, and counting.

Happy Crafting!
